Almond Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 5 cups blanched almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil.
  2. Place the raw honey in a small pot and put in a small skillet filled with water over medium heat. Mix occasionally until the honey melts. Remove from heat and cool.
  3. Combine the almond flour, baking soda, and sea salt in a medium bowl.
  4. Crack eggs into a large bowl. Whisk. Add the apple cider vinegar. Mix in the melted honey. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  5. Place the dough into the prepared loaf pan. Smooth the top. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden and baked through. Loosed the side of the loaf immediately after removing from the oven, and then cool completely before removing from the pan. Enjoy!
