Chocolate (cacao) PB Crunch Bars

## **Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Bars** ##

### Ingredients ###
  
–     ½ cup extra virgin coconut oil melted and cooled
–     ½ cup raw cacao powder
–     4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
–     2 tablespoon peanut butter
–     2 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
–     1 teaspoon vanilla extract
–     1 cup puffed rice cereals
–     For topping:
–     4 tablespoons Goji berries crushed
–     1 tablespoon Bee pollen
–     4 tablespoons Dried blueberries

### Instructions ###
  
Line an 8 x 8-inch deep baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
    
In a large bowl mix together with whisk melted coconut oil, raw cacao, syrup, peanut butter, cinnamon, and vanilla. Whisk until completely incorporated.
    
Add rice cereal to a bowl and mix until combined.
    
Pour into the lined baking tray and refrigerate until firm (at least 30 minutes). Remove and cut into bars.

Keep bars refrigerated in an airtight container.
